Mareya is an online marketplace registered in Guinea. Our platform allows vendors to sell their products to customers through our website.

2. Use of the Site

By using Mareya, you agree:

  • To provide accurate personal and payment information

  • Not to use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Structure

Mareya operates as a marketplace. This means:

  • Products are sold by independent vendors registered on our platform

  • Each vendor is responsible for the quality, availability, and delivery of their products

  • Mareya facilitates orders, customer service, and vendor registration but does not manufacture or warehouse products

4. Product Information and Pricing

Product listings are provided by vendors and should accurately describe the item. However, Mareya does not guarantee that all product details, images, or prices are always 100% accurate or current.

Prices are listed in Guinean Franc (GNF) and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing any order.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Mareya primarily supports Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

  • Customers agree to pay the full order amount upon delivery.

  • Repeated refusal to accept confirmed orders may result in account restrictions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Guinea.

  • Vendors are responsible for preparing and shipping their products.

  • Delivery times and costs are set by each vendor and displayed at checkout.

  • Delays caused by vendors or third-party couriers are not the responsibility of Mareya.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return policies vary by vendor. However:

  • Customers may request returns within [vendor-specified timeframe, typically 3–7 days]

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned directly to the vendor

  • Certain items (e.g., personal care products) may be non-returnable

Mareya can assist with dispute resolution, but the final responsibility lies with the vendor.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors on Mareya must:

  • Accurately list their products

  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Comply with applicable laws and Mareya’s policies

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Mareya—including logos, designs, and product listings—is the property of Mareya or its vendors and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mareya is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from a product sold by a vendor

  • Delays or issues caused by vendors or delivery partners

  • Errors in listings made by vendors

All purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

11. Changes to Terms

Mareya may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Guinea. Any disputes will be resolved under Guinean jurisdiction.
